Product Warranty
All products come with a 90 day warranty on the internal electronics for private - non commercial - customers.
Grass Fiber panels are excluded from any warranty unless found defect on delivery.
There are no warranties for commercial customers unless commercial license is purchased.
-Return Policy
Should you wish to return any products for any reason within the 10 day trial period then the following terms will apply :
1.The products must be in a as-new condition and fully functional
2. a standard 15% re-shelving fee for the products returned will be deducted from your payment refund.
3. Any shipping and/or customs duties incured on returning the products will be deducted from your payment refund.
4. Commercial customers / resellers: a no return policy applies - sale is considered to be done and final - and no refunds are granted.
However, products can be exchanged for other GSA products within a 60 day period of the purchase date
as long as the products are in an as-new condition and fully functional
Payment Terms
All orders must be pre-paid. We no longer deliver on invoice.
All $ prices listed are in US dollars
Prices not including sales tax and customs duties where applicable and shipping from Germany.
For private sales:
If purchasing within in EU please add 19% sales tax to the prices.
For company sales:
No sales tax will be charged as long as your Tax number is provided
Payments can be made via the online PayPal system using your credit card or PayPal account if you have one
or bank wire transfer. Please contact us for bank wire transfer details
Commercial Licenses
To cover the extensive additional support and warranties required for systems used in a commercial enviroment
a GGS commercial license is required.
Commercial customers that do not purcase this license will only be offered limited support after the 6 month period
and warranties are reduced to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Commercial licenses are avaialbe for $1000 or €750 per system / per year
